光亮剂的使用范围要宽
1)观察外观。

好的柔软剂应该是无色透明的。而光亮剂则应是淡黄色透明状的,没有分层现象,无沉淀物,无悬浮物,色泽均匀一致。
A good softener should be colorless and transparent. The brightener should be light yellow and transparent, without layering, sediment or suspended matter, with uniform color.
2)使用电流范围要宽。

采用250mL霍尔槽测定使用电流范围。方法是分别采用总电流为0.5A、lA、2A。时间分别为lOmin、5min、2min打霍尔槽试片。三个试片均应该是整板镜面光亮为最好。
Use 250ml Hall cell to measure the current range. The total current is 0.5A, La and 2A respectively. The time was 10min, 5min and 2min respectively. All three test pieces should have the best specular brightness.
3)稳定性要好。

光亮剂在镀液溶液中稳定,不易分解,从而减少了大处理的次数。第四代镀镍光亮剂的使用含量比第三代光亮剂少90%以上,有机物又十分稳定,大处理周期比第三代光亮剂要长3~4 倍。减少了处理时的原料损失。
The brightener is stable in the bath solution and is not easy to decompose, thus reducing the times of large-scale treatment. The use content of the fourth generation brightener is more than 90% less than that of the third generation brightener, the organic matter is very stable, and the large treatment cycle is 3-4 times longer than that of the third generation brightener. The loss of raw materials in the treatment is reduced.
4)光亮剂的使用范围要宽。

使用范围过窄会给镀液维护带来很大困难。一般来说,因操作不当,误加一倍量的光亮剂不应出现低电流区发黑或漏镀现象。
Too narrow range of application will bring great difficulties to the maintenance of plating solution. Generally speaking, due to improper operation, adding double amount of brightener by mistake should not cause blackening or missing plating in low current area.
5)低区走位要好。

即使是形状复杂的镀件,仍可在凹洼处镀上合格镍层,且没有明显色差为最好。
Even for the parts with complex shapes, the qualified nickel layer can be plated on the depressions, and no obvious color difference is the best.
6)整平性能好,出光快。
